Meet Kristy J. Downing: The woman behind Just Intellectuals eNews

Kristy Downing is a US patent attorney.  She has served as an adjunct professor for Marquette University Law School and is published by the American Bar Association, American Intellectual Property Law Association, Journal of the Patent and Trademark Office Society, the State Bar of Michigan and the Intellectual Property Law Bulletin. She also has been a presenter for local and national bar associations. Ms. Downing is furthermore an inventor for her solutions in electronic messaging.

Since 2008, Just Intellectuals eNewsletter has provided intellectual property law information and commentary on updates at the US Patent Office and appellate intellectual property decisions from the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and US Supreme Court.
